Merger Workflow Integration Kit
Connect or migrate one agreed cohort to its first receiving consumer, preserving the identity, required history and ownership that the workflow depends on.
Use the brief with your team. Engineers and agents can also inspect and run the local reference. Keep the resource whether or not you need Jextra to implement the wave.

For the buying group
Give the first wave an operating result.
A merger or acquired-book transition has a customer workflow or receiving consumer still to connect.
Connect or migrate one agreed cohort to its first receiving consumer, preserving the identity, required history and ownership that the workflow depends on.
Implementation boundary: One policyholder, member or account workflow, one cohort and its first receiving consumer, including the required adapter, mapped data/API path, acceptance, cutover and operating handover.
Name the business sponsor, source/data owner, first consumer owner and operating reviewer. Agree what each needs to inspect before accepting the wave.

Six questions to make the work concrete.
- Receiving workflow
- Which customer task must the receiving team complete?
- Cohort and first consumer
- Which cohort moves first, and which application or team consumes the new path?
- Scoped identity
- Which identifiers can overlap across source businesses, and how will the consumer distinguish them?
- Required history
- Which versions and effective dates must remain available, and what are the capture boundaries?
- Authority and operating ownership
- Who accepts access, actions, exceptions, coexistence and recovery?
- Timing and next decision
- What operating transition drives this wave, and which buyer decision comes next?
For the engineer or agent
Reproduce the failure. Inspect the coverage.
The insurance-style reference detects a missing historical policy period, two changed cells and one invalid insurer-scoped policyholder relationship. The four investigation groups include overlapping checks.
After inspecting the extracted kit and its manifest, run the verifier in a permitted local environment. It checks file hashes before executing the bundled CLI and requires a new output directory.
node verify.mjs --out a-new-results-directory
# Expected: passed true; control exits 2 / 0 / 2; release not approved. The output contains reports, command records and a redacted handoff. A repaired supplied scope is not a completed migration. Publisher hashes are byte-integrity evidence; review the source and exports before using or sharing them.
Kit version and SHA-256- The local reference uses synthetic insurance policy history; member or account systems need their own semantics and cases.
- It does not connect installed cores, migrate a customer book or certify a vendor platform.
- The reference claims-intake workflow is separate from the historical-record audit; it does not prove a receiving system works.
- Historical completeness, live behavior, authority and customer release approval require separate evidence.
Give your agent a useful brief.
Help me define post-merger workflow integration for my authorized project.
Identify the capability, first consumer or cohort, current systems, timing and acceptance owners. Keep unknowns explicit. Inspect this kit and its synthetic controls; run them only where execution is allowed. Use authorized local captures to propose my keys, mappings and acceptance cases.

Bring the remaining work.
If the project needs an adapter, source extraction, mapping, API, consumer transition or operating handover implemented, Jextra can scope one wave with the owners who must accept it.
Choose the high-level summary to share. Downloading or running the kit creates no contact request or subscription.
