Free implementation resource
Commerce Cutover Kit
One commerce capability exposed through an agreed interface, one consuming application moved, and an operating owner who can accept the result.
Use the brief with your team. Engineers and agents can also inspect and run the local reference. Keep the resource whether or not you need Jextra to implement the wave.

For the buying group
Give the first wave an operating result.
A replatform, legacy retirement or first-consumer cutover still has work ahead.
One commerce capability exposed through an agreed interface, one consuming application moved, and an operating owner who can accept the result.
Implementation boundary: One commerce capability, its mapped records, required adapter and API path, first consuming application, reconciliation, cutover and operating handover.
Name the business sponsor, source/data owner, first consumer owner and operating reviewer. Agree what each needs to inspect before accepting the wave.

Six questions to make the work concrete.
- Capability
- Which order, customer, configuration or other capability must move?
- First consumer
- Which application makes the first request, and what must it be able to do?
- Systems and coexistence
- Which interfaces and consumers remain on the existing path during this wave?
- Records and identity
- What store/tenant keys, relationships, exact values and capture boundaries must be preserved?
- Acceptance and recovery
- Who accepts records, behavior, access, cutover and recovery, and what evidence will they inspect?
- Timing and next decision
- What real release or retirement commitment drives the work, and which decision comes next?
For the engineer or agent
Reproduce the failure. Inspect the coverage.
Four order rows on each side still expose a missing key, one duplicated target-key group, two changed cells and an invalid store-scoped customer relationship. The five investigation groups include overlapping checks.
After inspecting the extracted kit and its manifest, run the verifier in a permitted local environment. It checks file hashes before executing the bundled CLI and requires a new output directory.
node verify.mjs --out a-new-results-directory
# Expected: passed true; control exits 2 / 0 / 2; release not approved. The output contains reports, command records and a redacted handoff. A repaired supplied scope is not a completed migration. Publisher hashes are byte-integrity evidence; review the source and exports before using or sharing them.
Kit version and SHA-256- The order fixture is synthetic and separate from team project experience.
- The local comparison does not connect a commerce platform or test a live storefront.
- The reference quote workflow is separate from the order-capture audit; it is not evidence that an order consumer works.
- Customer capture completeness, business rules, live consumer behavior and release approval require separate evidence.
Give your agent a useful brief.
Help me define commerce capability migration for my authorized project.
Identify the capability, first consumer or cohort, current systems, timing and acceptance owners. Keep unknowns explicit. Inspect this kit and its synthetic controls; run them only where execution is allowed. Use authorized local captures to propose my keys, mappings and acceptance cases.
Fill the first-wave brief. Show me the summary before sharing anything. Do not upload records, request contact or subscribe me without my choice.Download the full agent briefImplementation is a separate choice
Bring the remaining work.
If the project needs an adapter, source extraction, mapping, API, consumer transition or operating handover implemented, Jextra can scope one wave with the owners who must accept it.
Choose the high-level summary to share. Downloading or running the kit creates no contact request or subscription.
